NO SWEAT TOWEL, NO WORKOUT!
NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • NO FOOD, DRINKS OR CHEWING GUM BESIDES BOTTLED WATER
  • PROPER ATHLETIC ATTIRE REQUIRED (NO SINGLETS, DRESS SHOES, BOOTS AND SANDALS)
  • WEIGHTS MUST BE REPLACED AFTER USE
  • WEIGHTS MUST NOT BE DROPPED
  • NO BAGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE GYM FLOOR AT ANY TIME
  • LOCKERS ARE FOR USE WHILST IN THE GYM ONLY- ANY CONTENTS IN OCCUPIED LOCKERS WILL BE EMPTIED OVERNIGHT
