Administrative offices or units support the mission of the UTM Kuala Lumpur (UTM KL) by providing quality services to the stakeholders and the wider community. Most of the administrative units are extension of their head offices in the Main Campus, but in terms of administrative function, they are answerable to the Campus Director.

Office of the Campus Director – Provides leadership to UTM KL’s pursuit of its mission to transform the campus, its people and service, to achieve its vision to become a leading international centre for knowledge innovation.

 

Office of the Registrar – Implements and manages human capital policies, procedures and practices.

 

The Bursary – Administers the UTM KL’s finances and provision of financial services.

 

UTM Libraries – Provides library and information services including research support consultancy.

 

Office of Corporate Affairs – The UTM KL Office of Corporate Affairs is a branch office of the University’s Corporate Affairs. In tandem with its main office in UTM Johor Bahru, the UTM KL Office of Corporate Affairs promotes the image and reputation of UTM through strategic communication within the campus and beyond, using media, print and electronic means, and also through University events.

 

Office of International Affairs (OIA) – Manages international students and staff, and interacts with international institutions or partners. The OIA runs a branch office at the UTM KL to provide services to international students and staff.

 

Centre of Information Communication Technology (CICT) – Facilitates and supports UTM KL’s campus-wide ICT resources and facilities.

 

Office of Asset and Construction Management (Harta Bina) – Provides services in the management of asset and facilities as well as the campus construction projects. The office is responsible in the planning and development of land and properties; facilities management; campus services including staff housing, dining, transport and campus security.

 

Office of Student Affairs – Provides student support services such as student activities, career planning, student housing and residential life, international student services and sports and recreation. The office also promotes and cultivates relations with alumni and friends; facilitates networking among alumni, students and UTM; and cultivates and engages alumni in fund-raising to support UTM’s projects.

 

School of Graduate Studies (SPS) – The School of Graduate Studies (SPS) promotes and advances outstanding achievement in graduate education at UTM. It ensures quality and integrity of UTM graduate programmes and this entails that students are provided with academic training of the highest standard in research and other scholarly activities. Its mission is to provide leadership in ensuring excellence in graduate education and support for student success.

 

UTM Islamic Centre (Pusat Islam) – Provides facilities such as mosque, the community development programmes and also education.
