UTM Kuala Lumpur provide 2 residential college that can accommodate up to 3000 students in one academic session. These college are located at two residential area namely Kediaman Siswa Semarak and Kediaman Siswa Jaya. Other accomodation that provided by UTM KL beside the colleges is the rental apartment that located near the campus formerly known as Keramat Hujung Apartment and Jalan Gurney apartment.
